Room typesand and Services

Standard equipment in all rooms: double bed or twin beds, satellite color TV, desk, safe, mini-bar (to be filled on request), independent bathroom with shower or bathtub, make-up mirror, courtesy kit, hairdryer, linen change every 3 days.

All our rooms have a balcony to enjoy the panoramic view of the surrounding mountains.

Standard rooms: Rooms of 20 m2 to accommodate up to 2 people, furnished with standard equipment.

Superior rooms: In addition to the standard equipment, the rooms between 25 m2 and 30 m2 can accommodate up to 3 people

Deluxe rooms: 35 m² rooms with standard equipment, large room with 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed, and a reading corner. Ideal for families and for those who want pleasant moments of relaxation. 

Family rooms: Spacious rooms of 40 m² to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, families or friends. Composed of a single room with 2 double beds or 4 single beds and 1 bathroom with standard equipment.

Car parking: free directly in the structure.

Motorcycle/bicycle garage: free according to availability

Ski and Snowboard Storage: on wheels and with boot warmer, unattended.

Wifi: available free of charge in the rooms and common areas.

Animals:not allowed.

Crib: supplement of 10 euros per day.

Bar service: open from 9:00 to 22:00.   

 

Cancellation conditions: (not valid for non-refundable rates) 

Any cancellation of the reservation must be communicated in writing. For the cancellation conditions, please refer to your booking confirmation.

• for cancellations made8 days before Check-In, there will be no penalty;

• for cancellations made7 days before Check-In, the deposit paid will be retained as compensation or will be withdrawn30% from the credit card given as guarantee;

This cancellation policy is not valid for the discounted Non-Refundable rate (in this case the reservation amount will be charged at the time of booking and will not be returned in case of cancellation). No refund is due to the guest who decides to interrupt the stay already undertaken and therefore is required to pay the entire booked stay.

No Show: (no-show): the deposit sent will be retained or the cost of the entire stay for each canceled room will be charged to the credit card given as guarantee.
